The fabric for these is a bamboo and spandex blend (95%/5%). Hazel & James Zippy Rompers have gold over hands and feet align with dual zippers so you can zip from the bottom for easy diaper changes.

For reference: my son is 20 months old, 32” tall, 25 lbs, and wears size 12-18 in the zippy sleepers, and 18-24 in the 2 piece sets. My daughter is 4, 38” tall and 35 lbs. she wears a 3t in the 2 piece sets. For the adult sizes: I prefer to go up a size, but it’s your personal preference on how you prefer your pajamas to fit.
